11 Comfortable apartements with individual terraces   Each gites is equiped with :
- Kitchen
- Refrigerateur
- Gas stove
- Electric coffee maker
- All necessary dishes and ustensils
- Table and chairs à Bathroom with shower
- Bath, toilet, sink. à 1 ou 2 Bedrooms
- Garden room with parasol and lounge chairs
- Clothesline.
RENTAL CONDITIONS
- The reservation is registrered as soon as confirmation has been made. The remaining rent must be payed no later than one month before arrival.
- During the season, rentals are from saturday 4 p.m.until the following saturday 10a.m. All departures after 10 a.m. will cost one supplementary day automatically charged. Depending on the possibilities anticipated arrivals or longer stays can be taken into consideration
- Upon arrival, you must pay the totality of your stay. Plus 80 €uros. Dowm paiement which will be returned after verification of your gite at the end of your stay.
- The people, vehicule parking space, gas and electricity are included in the rental price. House laundry and Bath towels are not provided.
- At the end of your stay the house cleaning of your gite is obligatory We can do the cleaning instead of you for 50 €uros if you prefer.
